By accessing or using this website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. About Alpha Loner LLC

Alpha Loner LLC is a California-based handcrafted branding studio specializing in custom laser engraving, sublimation printing, apparel decoration, signage, promotional products, personalized gifts, branded merchandise, direct mail marketing materials, and creative business solutions.

2. Custom Orders

Because most of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer, every order is unique.

Custom projects may include:

Laser engraved products

Sublimated products

Printed materials

Apparel

Promotional merchandise

Business branding materials

Event décor

Personalized gifts

Signs

Direct mail marketing projects

Production begins only after artwork approval (when applicable) and receipt of any required deposit or payment.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for 21 days unless otherwise stated.

Pricing may change due to:

Material costs

Shipping costs

Supplier price increases

Design revisions

Quantity changes

Rush production requests

Customer-requested modifications

Sales tax will be collected where required by law.

4. Design Proof Approval

Whenever artwork proofs are provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approving production, including:

Spelling

Grammar

Names

Dates

Phone numbers

Email addresses

Colors

Placement

Sizes

Quantities

Approval of a proof authorizes Alpha Loner LLC to proceed with production.

Alpha Loner LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

5. Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers represent that they own or have permission to use any logos, trademarks, photographs, artwork, or other materials submitted for production.

Alpha Loner LLC assumes no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied content.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Alpha Loner LLC harmless from claims resulting from unauthorized use of submitted artwork.

6. Color Variations

Printed, engraved, embroidered, sublimated, and laser-produced products may vary slightly from digital proofs due to differences in:

Natural materials

Wood grain

Leather texture

Metal finishes

Fabric composition

Screen brightness

Ink behavior

Laser engraving characteristics

These normal variations are not considered defects.

7. Handmade Products

Many of our products are individually handcrafted.

Minor differences between products are expected and contribute to the unique nature of handcrafted work.

8. Production Times

Estimated production timelines begin after:

Final artwork approval

Receipt of all required files

Confirmation of payment

Production estimates do not include shipping time.

Production schedules may be affected by:

Material availability

Equipment maintenance

Severe weather

Supply chain delays

Carrier delays

Events beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

9. Rush Orders

Rush production may be available depending on workload.

Additional rush fees may apply.

10. Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Alpha Loner LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses may be the customer's responsibility.

11. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect all products promptly upon delivery.

Any issues involving shipping damage, missing items, or production concerns should be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt.

12. Returns and Refunds

Because nearly all products are custom-made or personalized, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged due to our workmanship or contains an error that differs from the approved proof, please contact us within 7 calendar days. At our discretion, we may repair, replace, or remake the item.

13. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once materials have been ordered, artwork has been created, or production has started, cancellation fees may apply.

Completed custom products cannot be canceled.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Customers retain ownership of their original logos, trademarks, and submitted artwork.

Alpha Loner LLC retains ownership of its original designs, templates, mockups, layouts, photographs, website content, and creative processes.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

15. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise requested in writing before production, Alpha Loner LLC may photograph completed projects and display them in:

Portfolio galleries

Social media

Printed marketing

Trade shows

Advertising

Website galleries

Confidential projects will be respected upon request.

16. Website Content

All text, graphics, photographs, branding, logos, product descriptions, and website content are the property of Alpha Loner LLC or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Loner LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Loner LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from:

Customer-supplied artwork

Copyright infringement

Trademark infringement

Misuse of products

Violation of these Terms & Conditions

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in California.

20. Changes to These Terms

Alpha Loner LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting on this website.
