Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, the organization aims to empower its members to revolutionize their industries and uplift their communities.
This organization is incorporated under the laws of the State of California and shall be known as ALPHA LONER LLC, also known as, "THE ALPHA LONER LEAGUE OF REBELLIOUS ENTREPRENEURS."
The ALPHA LONER LEAGUE OF REBELLIOUS ENTREPRENEURS is established to achieve the following objectives:
Preserving the Competitive Enterprise System Promoting a deeper understanding and appreciation of the critical role that business owners and entrepreneurs play in society. Advocating for the interests of business owners in city, county, state, and national legislative and political matters.
Addressing or preventing controversies that hinder the growth and success of businesses within the community. Encouraging investment in time, resources, and innovation to foster a thriving and competitive business environment. Fostering Business and Community Growth Implementing economic programs that strengthen and expand the income potential of businesses in the Bay Area and Central California Valley.
Developing initiatives that promote civic, social, and cultural engagement, enhancing the functional and aesthetic value of the community. Identifying and addressing systemic barriers that obstruct business development and community prosperity. Advancing General Welfare and Prosperity Ensuring the general welfare and economic success of the Bay Area and Central California Valley, benefiting citizens and the broader business community.

Section 1: Eligibility
Any person, association, corporation, partnership, or estate having an interest in the objectives of the organization shall be eligible for membership.
Applications for membership shall be submitted online using forms provided for that purpose and completed by the applicant.
Membership is automatically accepted upon successful submission of the completed form and payment of the regularly scheduled investment at the time of submission.
Membership dues are to be paid monthly to maintain active status. Feedback and suggestions from the board and its members may be shared regarding membership processes or improvements, but approval is no longer contingent on review.
Membership includes access to exclusive benefits designed to enhance the commerce and workflow of members' businesses, such as:

~ Educational resources and workshops
~ Discounts on services provided by partner organizations

To support our diverse community and provide tailored opportunities, we offer 13 levels of membership, each with its own unique investment commitment and benefits.
Membership investments are structured with flexible monthly options, determined by rates, schedules, or formulas periodically prescribed and shared by the board and our members. All payments must be made in advance.

Commitment and Transparency
We ensure our investment structures remain clear, accessible, and aligned with our mission of empowering independent success. Choose the level of commitment that best suits your vision, your goals, and your journey.
Any member may resign from the organization upon submitting a written request.
Members will be removed for nonpayment of dues after 34 days from the due date unless an extension is granted for good cause, based on feedback from the board and its members.
Members may also be removed for conduct unbecoming or prejudicial to the aims or reputation of the organization after being given notice and an opportunity for a hearing.
In any proceeding requiring a vote by members:
Each member in good standing shall be entitled to cast one vote.
Each member firm, association, or corporation shall be entitled to a number of votes proportional to its membership investment, not exceeding ten votes.
Any firm, association, corporation, partnership, or estate holding membership may designate individuals to exercise the benefits of its membership. These designations may be updated upon written notice.
Regular orientation sessions will be conducted to ensure alignment with the organization's purposes and activities.
These sessions will cover the following groups:
~ New members
~ Current members
~ Committee chairs and committees
~ Other relevant groups
A detailed outline for each orientation session will be included in the organization's procedures manual or orientation handbook.
Individuals with significant contributions to public affairs may be eligible for honorary membership.
Honorary members shall enjoy all the privileges of regular members except the right to vote and will be exempt from dues. Honorary membership shall be granted or revoked based on majority feedback from the board and its members.
Monthly meetings are a cornerstone of The Alpha Loner League of Rebellious Entrepreneurs, providing you with opportunities to share insights, collaborate, and drive collective growth. These gatherings are designed with clear agendas to ensure meaningful discussions and actionable outcomes.
In the early stages, meetings will focus on defining goals and engaging leadership and members who champion our mission. Meetings may take place in person, via video conference, or through hybrid formats to accommodate diverse member needs.
To maintain momentum and address organizational needs, quarterly strategy sessions will be held, alongside monthly meetings, for broader collaboration. Members can also look forward to an annual gathering, offering a unique space to network, share successes, and explore opportunities with like-minded entrepreneurs.
The annual meeting of the organization shall be held during a designated month each year. The time and place will be determined and announced to all members, both honorary and paid, at least 10 days in advance through email or other electronic communication.
General meetings for members, both honorary and paid, may be called at any time by the leadership team or upon written request by a group of members in good standing. Notices for these meetings will be sent to all members at least 5 days prior.
For any general meeting, a percentage of members in good standing, as determined in the organization’s procedures, shall constitute a quorum. For smaller group discussions or decision-making meetings, those present will guide the discussion and outcomes without a strict quorum requirement.
Notices for meetings will be sent to all members at least 5 days in advance unless stated otherwise. Agendas will be shared beforehand, and minutes will be recorded for transparency and shared with members following the meeting.
Board of Contributors
The Board of Contributors shall consist of voluntary members, both public nominees and self-nominated individuals, who provide comments, suggestions, and feedback regarding issues of importance to the organization.
Each accepted board member agrees to serve on a month-to-month basis and does not hold control over finances or final decisions.
The primary role of the board is to offer insights and recommendations to improve the organization and its operations. Members may be rotated or replaced monthly based on nominations and organizational needs.
Public nominations for board members are accepted and reviewed by the leadership team. Nominees must demonstrate active interest in the organization’s goals and willingness to provide constructive feedback.
Board members may recommend policies, initiatives, or improvements for the organization. Final decisions, financial oversight, and strategic direction remain with the leadership team to ensure streamlined and effective management.
Board members are encouraged to attend monthly meetings to share their insights and participate in discussions. Members unable to attend for three consecutive months may be rotated out to allow new contributors an opportunity to participate.
Board members are recognized for their contributions through public acknowledgment and opportunities to feature their businesses or initiatives through organization events and publications.

Finances
Membership dues serve as the League's primary source of income, alongside event fees, sponsorships, and advertising. Like any business, resources and funding are vital for success and expansion.
These funds support operations, member benefits, and new initiatives. Expenses like technology, travel, meetings, and educational offerings are carefully planned to maximize value for members.
Leadership ensures transparency and accountability by reviewing budgets, suggesting safeguards, and maintaining accurate meeting minutes. These records document the League’s decisions and growth while protecting its assets.
