Each department has it's own responsibilities and a designated team representative who helps manage that area of the business. This business structure makes sure that all projects stay supported and organized.
Founder & Lead Director of Alpha Loner
Leads the creative vision and initiation of Alpha Loner projects, develops new concepts and experiences, and brings ideas from concept to reality. Hosts events, teaches classes, creates and fabricates custom products, and steps in wherever hands-on creativity, instruction or founder-level direction is needed.
Executive Interdepartmental Operations
Ensures the team stays organized, ensures communications keep moving between department managers, monitors cross-department projects and handoffs, and makes sure important tasks don't fall through the cracks.
Finance Department
Handles financial planning, pricing, payments, and the business side of keeping projects sustainable.
Marketing & Ads Department
Develops marketing strategies, advertising opportunities, promotional campaigns, and ways to help businesses get seen.
Community Outreach & Social Media Sales Department
Builds relationships, connects with local businesses and creators, manages outreach, and helps introduce people to Alpha Loner opportunities.
Operations & Production Department
Keeps projects organized from idea to completion and coordinates the behind the scenes work required to make things happen.
Print & Digital Publishing
Oversees publications, printed materials, digital content, and opportunities to be featured or promoted through Alpha Loner.

Coordinates local gatherings, workshops, live experiences, recorded projects, and the details that turn an idea into an actual event.

Coordinates the people, participants, creators, and talent involved in Alpha Loner campaigns and special projects.
